Outdoor growing problems

I grow outdoor. And my plants just wont grow. They wont grow for week then they grow one day and so on:S:S. Outdoors temperatuur should be 19-32.
Will street lights effect growing?

i dont use any nutes. May that be a problem?

nah street lights may slow down flowering a bit in the future but won't affect growth now and neither will lack of ferts for the first few weeks. i have the same problem at the az grow and it's from ultra-high ph soil. they grow a bit at first then stall and die off...same for my vegetables there. try starting a batch in potting soil and see if they get any further...

your water also needs to be ph checked...but for the no-grow prob, my money is on the soil.
