    how early should bending start

I heard bending was a bit less stressfull for the plant as opposed to topping, but I cant find anything about how old your plant should be before you start to bend, and if you do bend it, isnt it just going to lay horizontal and fall over? The pics I seen looked like it was a seedling a few inches high they were tying, like what? 2 weeks and you tie? or what?

u can bend at any time but wait for the stalk to be strong enough, i like to tie the top down then i get all these strong branches, I still cut the small/lower branches. Im not into topping, though it has its place indoors. your plant wont fall over it will snake and u keep bending.

Yes, really as long as the stem in strong enough you can LST. BUT, dont LST too late, otherwise the stem will snap because the stems harden over time.

Normally you can start bending within a week or two after they've been growing good.

And topping and LST produce about the same yield.
