Need fast help!

okay, so I got a job at a wal mart distribution center. pays good so i was excited for it. I took my drug test on monday, smoked 6 days before it and detoxed like a mother fucker. drank non stop water and cranberry juice, took niacin *not alot* and Vitamin B. they called me up today, and the test came out dilluted, so now i have to go in for another one. me being the dumbass Iam, i smoked as soon as my drug test was over. So now I need help. I got lots of Cjuice again, pletny of water, niacin, vitamin B, and I got creatine this time. how much creatine do I need to take? I want to get some certo to, but i dont know where to get it, if someone could help me with that thanks. by the way, i use to be a heavy smoker, but the past month or so i havent smoked that much, 1 or 2 times a week. what do you guys think? help with the certo is much apppreciated.

The baking isle, or where you find jello. Its a gelatin-like powder. As for me, I took Cranberry Supplements, it is good for Urinary Tract functioning, not sure if that matters to guys but it helped me get clean in like 3 days. I smoked a 1/2 a j on Fri. And some hitters over Sat and Sun. Tues afternoon my strips were coming back neg. But keep in mind I'm also 5'2, 106lbs. i don't know your size or how much of what you smoke, so it differs from person to person. I also was going to dilute and started taking creatine to bring my levels up to par, someone on this site advised me that creatine was pretty dangerous to be taking, but no one ever answered my ? as to how much. Read the post by FareTheeWellNow, Dilution works, watch creatine levels. He's got a pretty good formula, maybe you can go off that, GOOD LUCK
