I lived in Chesterfield my whole life up until about 5 months ago. Around Christmas last year I was caught with a bowl in my pocket. It was not packed, but it was obvious what it was used for. I am on probation until October, lost my license, must serve 100 hours of community service, take random drug tests and enter a drug rehab pregram, and pay a $500.00 fine. The bowl in the coat of the pocket I was wearing wasn't even mine.
I have lost all respect for the judicial system.
I now live in Manassas, VA and my PO up here said the usual charge here for the same thing would be 24 hours of cs and a few months of probation.
What a bummer....
