I lived in Chesterfield my whole life up until about 5 months ago. Around Christmas last year I was caught with a bowl in my pocket. It was not packed, but it was obvious what it was used for. I am on probation until October, lost my license, must serve 100 hours of community service, take random drug tests and enter a drug rehab pregram, and pay a $500.00 fine. The bowl in the coat of the pocket I was wearing wasn't even mine.
I have lost all respect for the judicial system.
I now live in Manassas, VA and my PO up here said the usual charge here for the same thing would be 24 hours of cs and a few months of probation.
What a bummer....

Chesterfield county sux ass the most, Richmond city aint to bad for first time busts. Hanover and Henricho are about the same as Chesterfield. Be cool, keep your shit on the down low.
