Anti detection foil Vs the police

in england thames valley have now got new advanced systems aboard their chopper ( only 1 has it in the uk so far as this is a test ) and can not only tell what light spectrums u r giving off but can also tell of a temperature change of .01% but ya shud be able to sleep due to the fact that this is to combat the commercial growers rather than the homegrower. where i live i have choppers over all the time and would say the insolation is vital. i use white black white for the ceiling and windows and the mylor for the walls to reflect the light inwards. have been doin this for over a year now and am outside as well in a shed built of breezeblock so it must be working lol. one thing i learnt is ya cant predict the snow so unless ya in a cellar or otherwise u cant stop the snow melting which is a major give away so try and get what ya can and stop for a month or so to get around this during the cold period of winter.

    keep growing lads:thumbsup:

But like it was said before.
It doesn't matter as long as you don't have several lights.
100 plants is a waist of there time.
And they aren't going to bother you unless you start a problem and bring them to you.
If you are a cash cropper and you grow over 100 plants.(I don't care were you are in the US) The feds will fuck you if they find them.
And from the sky they can find a huge grow like that easy.
    As for outdoors.
Where I live weed is the only green plant alive after June. lol
    The desert.
Absolutely no rain in the summer.
    And 100 dgree weather. lol

If you grow less then 100 plants.
    Don't trip.

Alright I dont know if this has been mentioned or not , because I took such fast time to scan the thread. I dont know of this ADF but I do know of another solution to stopping the cops. If you purchase some drywall for your roof , search for some with lead in it, infa red cant see threw lead, it just bounces back. Ive seen one of my friends do this and there's usually a chopper around the area frequently.

Ok I read a few replies and just thought I'd post instead of reading all, may have been answered already. Well for one, it is ILLEGAL for police to use an infrared camera on your home without a warrant (well in canada, I am sure UK has similar civil rights tho). 2. What is the difference if you are using 1K HPS or 2 of them to grow dope or grow vegetables in a hydroponic set up besides being a bit more paranoid . 3. Infrared detects heat given off by objects. If the room or place you use for growing is bound by walls the infrared will only pick up the heat escaping through the walls, which will be relatively evenly distributed except for at windows and the spaces between window and wall, where there will be a bit more variance. It is not going to be like superman and be able to xray to the precise levels of your home.

I think when police use the IR camera it is more to see people who have like readings of 120 deg f or like 35 deg C becuase clearly people cannot live in those temperatures and it is qiute evident that it is being used as a commercial grow. If a room is raised a few degrees from having a couple lights though, if they even can pick up on it, wont even think twice about what might be going on.

Edit: check this out, im sure there are plenty more on the net but yeah IR doesnt penetrate thick walls unless your house is made of plastic

Fuck this thread goes back to 2006, I have used ADF
(aerial defence foil) when i bought it the guy said it was also fire proof so i cut a pice off and flamed it with a lighter it burned so that was shit what he told me, so if he gave bullshit info about it being fire proof then he was going to bullshit anything just to sell it.
On the good side though it was good for the plants:stoned::thumbsup:
