I was going to start growing a month ago in my friends basement but problems arose and so I can't do that anymore. What i was wondering is if i can pull off a safe grow operation outside at this time of the year. Any help, especially form people who live in PA or somewhere nearby, is greatly appreciated. Rating: 5
