Have you ever been busted by a cop for pot?

I was busted 2 times for pot in my life... The first time I was in a circle of peeps and the cop tried to bust me for pot on the ground in front of me,I beat it in court...

The other time I was walking and doing a doob when a cop stopped and frisked me and found a nickle bag... I went to court and got a section29 "guilty of first offense but,no record filed and no sentence/fine"... A 29 was back the given to first offenders and I was proved not guilty in my first so it applied on my second...

I have been 'busted' once for hash when I was a teen. The officer charged me with posession after he took a healthy piece for himself. I served 2 months for it .
I have encountered the police several times with marijuana but never been charged. Ive had it confiscated and sent on my way and I have also had simple warnings with no confiscation.

A cop searched my car and found me pipe and a scale. But no weed- I think thats why he left the scale but took my pipe. I shit a brick though!

When I thought I knew everything and took my pipe, weed, and cigs to school I got caught. I only got five days out of school suspension though. I got really lucky and from that day forward I became a little smarter. The only reason I think I got lucky was I talked to my dean and other administrators like an adult instead of acting like it was there fault. That school cop still doesnt like me

Back in the days I was in school there were no cops present in my school,we had kids with those orange safety belts,they were called Hall Monitors... I even polished my snub nose 38 in metal shop and got away with it...LOLz...

I was caught with a pipe, under a half ounce of cocaine
and a DUI the first time I was arrested. I ened up getting
2 more DUI's with in a month after that. I never was drunk
I was on a drug called GHB at the time of all the DUI's. I ended
up serving a half a year in jail/6 months $750 fine for the
marijuana pipe & a $1500 fine for the so called cocaine which was
a flake of powder and a straw and close to $5000 in court coast.

I got my 4th offense DUI in January of this year which i go to
court for next month. This is 8 years after my last arrest for
DUI. I got on xanaxs and feel asleep at a stop light now i am
facing 15 months in jail and a felony HTO charge. All I can
say is it was my own ignorance that is to blame, and putting my
life among others in danger was stupid.

As you can see the small $750 paraphernalia charge was the
least of my charges.

I've been busted twice, Once while with my friend smoking while he was driving down the road i was frisked and a quarter ounce was found but i was let go. Second time my friend was smoking a joint and the cops drove down
the street and could smell it from the street next to us, Other guy blamed it on me and i never even got the chance to hit it i got two monthes probation plus court fee's.

I got caught with weed once a while ago, but the cop let me go. He was a pretty nice guy when I think about it.

I was caught by a female cop in a parking lot waiting to go into the mall to see a movie.

It was night and she sneaked up on us then pounded on the window and shined her flashlight into the truck.

She said, "open the door now"

So I did and a big cloud of smoke rolls out and she smelled it immediately.

She says, "Give it all to me now".

So I hand her 1/2 oz. and a pipe.

She asks me some questions. Then hands me back the bag.

"Dont do this out in public anymore, keep it in your home".

She handed me back the bag and kept the pipe! lol.
