Mommy missed my game again

When i was very young
Maybe five or six
I'd have these nightly dreams
Where everything was fixed

No more money troubles
Friends were there for keeps
Screaming didn't echo
And nightmares didn't creep

Now as i grow up
the dreams are here again
Locked up in my head
and exhaled through gritted teeth

Flying like the bird
I always wished to be
We're flying high again
Leave troubles for the sea
