OK guys, I've made it to Australia safely and let me tell you, not bringing weed here is sure to be one of the biggest regrest of my LIFE! After two days in a plane and in airports I need to smoke like no ones business, but since it's winter in Australia, no one has arrived on campus yet... FUCKIN A!!! I'm at one of the biggest schools in the country BUT NO ONE'S HERE!! I think this is the longest I've gone without smoking in years... seriously, this I've broke records this summer... just two days ago at this time I was smoking a 7 gram "plaxton special" blunt with the homies... not anymore... I've almost smoked a pack of cigarettes today and I don't even smoke... FUCK!!!

(Airport) Trip report
OK, seriously though, very little security at JFK airport, no dogs, no pat downs, just walked through the metal detector => didn't have to go through security at LAX because of a quick transfer, but still saw no dogs => at the Victoria/Melbourne airport (for arrivals) there were DEFINATELY no security checks besides the questions at customs (they did kind of bug out because I didn't list my full name [aka mother's maiden name as second middle name] on the student visa, so I probably would have been sweating bullets if I had weed on me).

In short, I might as well had an oz in my pocket and I would have been more than fine. Plus some brownies on the plane would have made it a sweet 25 hour ride... at least they served free beers... As far as stereotyping went, they I only saw them take one woman away for searching at customs at the victoria/melbourne airport because she had "something that they needed her to show them" but it was more likely because she was very middle eastern looking and by herself.

Anyhow, if I taped it to my nuts I would have been fine, but I don't know what they would have said about me brining a tray of cookies... cause they would have seen that in the xray at least....

In a close 2nd to weed (at this point) I'm dissapointed by the calibur of women. I guess I just had false expectations, but I expected all the people here to be like cali surfers with that laid back attitude. Seriously though, I've seen no girls with looks that would make me walk up and try and talk to them randomly... thank god for the hot accent...

And as far as the peanut butter method goes, if they scan it in the xray, youre screwed...
