OK, I went to the grow-room and spray-misted the entire room/plants/medium/top of soil/bottom of shelves top to bottom...when I got there temps were 83f amd humidity 57%...After treatment, temps were 88f and humidity was 91%.

I add 2 tbsp baking soda to gallon of well water, and that raised the ph to 7.5...It took 15ml of ph up to get near 9.0 ph to kill spores. I say near, because (who would've guessed it, but my Milwaukee ph meter decided to have intermittent battery or sensor problems once I got to 8.4ph)
so I added another 5ml ph up, because each 5ml had raised ph about .5. We will wait 'til tomorrow and see what happened.

I know how this happened now. I have a leaky ROunit, and it has caused mushrooms to grow in wall between rooms and along 2 feet of baseboard. I am so pissed at myself...despite working my ass off, I created a problem, that I neglected and BAM big problems.
