any tips on how your gettin thru it, man everytime i smoke a bowl i really do want my red.

i went like 4 days smoking 1 jack, no craving. i was taking wellbutrin, which absolutely kills physical cravings. but of course theres that mental part.

I had gone 5 days untill last night when I found an old pack of Lucky Strikes. Back to trying to quit again.

Its hard as fuck, thats all i can say and im still trying i've cut down from 20 a day to about 3 a day

my friends are trying to quit smoking so they keep buyin packs and then deciding they feel disgusted with themselves and then pawning them off on me! Later on they mooch the same damn ciggarettes they gave me!

I've very recently [in the last week] cut down from about 2 packs to 1 a day so i've gone from 40 a day to 20 a day which is pretty good but i wanna completely quit sometime soon.

i quit a couple months back, never looked back, you just have to have the right mindset about it, you have to WANT to quit badly, before you can kick the habbit completely.

Quiting cigs? Why not substitute weed for cigs and see how that works?
