Well I don't know about the US, but I know that in the UK its perfectly legal to buy seeds "for souveneir (I know its spelt wrong) purposes".

Maybe you should check this out? I'm guessing you get seed catalogues in the US? If so, then I'm sure there shouldn't be a legal problem.

Its illegal to posess seeds, so we, in the United States order from the UK and the shipper disguises the package. The only thing is some states have medical marijuana perscriptions. They can legally grow at there home.

Blaqlight- what problem are you having? Is it affecting growth? I still have a problem and I tried to correct it, but hasnt seemed to go away. All my largest leaves die from bottom up. Oh well. It still looks pretty and like 4 hairs turned orange. 30 more days from today for me.

well, technically, that's unfortunately not true ... I have a Doctors 'prescription' here in California, technically, it is a 'doctor's recommendation', as there is no such legal thing as a 'prescription' in the United States .... since Federal Law overrides all state and local laws, cannabis is 100% ILLEGAL ... state and local law enforcement, for the most part, DO honor the medical marijuana statutes, and don't hassle us 'recommended patients' ... you probably already know this, but I wanted to point out the facts, in case a reader gets the wrong impression ...

I cannot stress this enough: the ONLY way we will ever get the cannabis laws repealed is to VOTE, VOTE, VOTE ... research the voting records of your local and state elected representatives, and send them letters ... they tend to ignore e-mails, but a stamped letter CAN make a difference ... some, like the phony bastard I have in my district, is so 'in-the-pocket' of the pharmaceutical companies, he will never change his votes, ... hopefully, he will die soon, preferably from a disease that marijuana could have helped, if he hadn't been so stupid ... :smokin:

I would not order off of the internet for the fact that it is illegal. The only safe way is to find the seeds you want from a friend. You may want to try to see if anybody may be on who may have some in your area.

stfu dont give advice if u dont know shit. it is REALLY safe to order seeds online. even if it gets caught by customs, ull just receive an empty package. u wont go to jail or anything. and if u get seeds from a friend, there just random bagseeds. most of the time it wont be the strain that he claims it is.

Don't make so much out of it. The worst thing that can happen is that they will get siezed and you are out the money. Dr. Chronic is reliable as well as others who sell seeds. I received seeds from Dr. Chronic within a week and they were packaged well (discrete) and of good quality (not broken). The Feds aren't lookin for you, the small grower, they focus on the guys who buy often and in quantity. Chill out all.

Try not to say the way companies send there beans man, you never know who is on this site watching/asking trying to stop the beans from coming in. Well my plant is doing a lot better. I gave her some epsom salt and she started to do better, some people told me it might be the pH but I never had time to get a pH test and now a Hurricane is on the way in to florida so things are really crazy and I have no time for nothing. I stop giving her epsom salt today and I believe she has about 2 more weeks to go even tho this is the 8th week of 12/12 but day 43 from signs of showing female sex flowers. SOme pistals have turned red but some of the buds have turned red also and alttle purple. I think thats due to the lower temps she is growing in tho . Here are some New piCs:
