No, tea sucks and hardly gets you stoned, if anything. The reason why is simple. Cannabis has THC all over the buds, in the buds, and often also on the small leaves near the buds.

The THC is the bit you want from it, but it only breaks down in fats or oils.

Eg. Milk, butter, oil, greese.

IT doesnt, however, break down in Water which is why tea is a waste.

Leaves are only good for making bubble hash. They taste horrible to smoke and give you basically no feeling at all, unless your smoking the small frosty leaves that are coverned in THC
