i got a Q. does indoor growrooms relly got to worry about the eyes in the sky. ive heard both ways. my rooms is downstairs of a medal roof house and has about 79 plants if i got to worry about planes then what else can i do to protect myself and the plants

Don't worry, You have better chances of getting caught by telling a friend, or lightning striking your house exposing the grow to the sky, they don't fly around looking for people to bust, the helicopters are either picking up medevacs, or chasing cars. If you get busted, its not from the heli's.

but they do fly around in the fall to bust crops

cops are no where the problem that thieves are. all the same, cut or mask your heat signature. i know thats vague, but being as theres umpteen means to do so...a crafty type with that many plants ought to be able to figure it out eh.

well the courts have said that they can fly around and just look into peoples home with the IR camera's with out a warrant.

Now if you can trust the cops that is what the courts have said before.

yeah...its considered plain view clause.....just like when a dog makes a hit.....trust me..its been debated plenty of times in the supreme court.....you got pics of these plants?....

yes, crops in plain sight will be found, and Zandor is correct with the "house privacy" laws. But, if a cop comes by your house and happens to see you rolling a fat spliff, he can knock and demand entry. Again, doesn't mean you have to let him in, but just be safe, DON'T TELL ANY SINGLE SOUL (besides us of course ) and 'grow big' friend!

yeah ill have pics soon. i dont grow at my house anymore. i took 12 clones from one of my best plants and got them going 12 out of 12. two weeks later at 20in tall i took 70 clones and put the 12 into flowering. form those i got
67 out of 70 to root. those 67 are now into veg for two weeks.
