HPS or MH are more powerful meaning more lumens which produces larger plants, if you use CFL liek i have you will need many lights for that type of setup. IDK what type of research you have done yet but i woudl suggest the levels that everythign needs to be at so you get a good start, once the plants get larger then you make a mistake once in a while. What type of beans tdo you have?
Eveyone is here to help but they want to make sure you research it a little too so we as newb's learn it, everyone helped me out when i needed it but i tried to research it 1st cause you'll see many people have different opinions here and it's good to weed out what you're interested in

If you are going to go HPS.. you will have some heating issues to address...
and you should not get an HPS under 400watts...
If you are going to go Fluorescent.. get.. something like...
http://www.plantitearth.com/store/pr...id=404&catid=4
actually get 3 or 4 of them..... (i think somebody else on here will be able to point you to a similiar bulb that is better and cheaper)
the next step down are CFLs.. they sell them at home depot and walmart.. dont bother getting the cfls UNDER 42/150watts (2600 lumes).. if you go this route.. get 5-10 of these bulbs and keep them less than 1 inch from your foilage at all time (after the plant has 2 nodes)...
