Big Bud & PPM - I'm still confused. If my current PPM is 1200, adding 15ml of BB will raise my PPM by 900. My total PPM will be 2100. Isn't that bad? Shouldn't I lower my current PPM to around 300-600 before adding the BB?

It would only raise it to 1500. When it says that it will raise it 300 ppm, Thats after you add ALL of the BB you need.
