elevator shotguns are the shit. im in southern nc and we do em hear too. same method, breathe in and out for like 30 secs. then come up and take a hit, put ur hands behind ur head and exhale. it feels crazy. gets you FUUUCCCKKKEEDDD up.ive seen a kid pass out and fall back on a tree. it was funny.

me n my friends are like the only kids who do em in jersey, we alawys get weird looks wen we do em. Its like a g bong... best way to make a lil bud go along way. i suggest you try it...not many people actually pass out but a lot do fall down. Im pretty sure its cause putting that much oxygen into your system thins the blood but who knows.

Ohhhh now I understand something!! A lot of the time when I do a G-bong and stand up directly afterwards, I feel this!! It feels SO FUCKING GOOD. I usually have like 1 minute of extreme dreamland ecstasy and time seems to stop. Then my body automatically exhales and I slowly fade back into lightheaded toothy-grinned wonderland...
