YES.. but you should bring the light closer to the soil... even at 3 inches it will not burn your plant/seedling.
Keep your soil moist..

All I want to do is get the seed about 3 inches then I am takeing it outdoors. Cause rate now outside for the past week there hasnt ben much sun just really rainy and my other ones didnt sprout.
