Would this work I have a foresant light about 6 inches above a pot of soil with a germinated seed I just put in it. All I want to do is get the seed about 3 inches then I am takeing it outdoors. Cause rate now outside for the past week there hasnt ben much sun just really rainy and my other ones didnt sprout.
