Specific Gravity

Well I am going to follow some good dilution methods that I found here by N2 and Fare thee well, BUT-what helps with the specific gravity???? I know that I will be taking B12 for the color and creatine for my creatinine, but what helps with the specific gravity that is tested for??????

I read it, but I'm not sure it answered my question. What it does say about specific gravity it notes that high levels of protein will up the level of gravity. Is that correct, along with the creatine, eat protein???
