help!!

im new to growing but i had a beutiful little plant about 6 inches tall growing perfect for me and i went and made the mistake of sprayin this spray that said it had co2 nitrogetn and potassium in it and i read thats what plants need but when i sprayed it i saw the leaves on my plant die right in front of me it was a nightmare but in a fatal attempt to same my baby i cut all the dead leaves off but then i thought about it and i was wodering if my plant will still grow wit no leaves just the stem of the plant but it is still in good condition only the leaves died can sumone tell if theres anything i can do to save or help my plant?

YIKES

1. take your plant and dip it upside down in a cup of water.. NOW....
hold it in the water for 5 seconds..

2.get a fresh cup of water and repeat....

never cut off leaves..
