CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLZ??????

I got a brand new computer last week and it didn"t have java on it so i couldn't go to chat, so I downloaded it and now it takes ages to get to chat and when I type then submit it it comes up in red and says "Your question has been submitted. Its got me fucked so i was wondering if anyone here knows what I'v done wrong, I still a novice at computer shit so any help would be appreciated......THANK YOU.
