Help, just make sure im guided correctly.
hi everyone, i am going to a land far away where cannabis sativa (i think) grows freely. I have looked at some pictures and it is exact to what i ive seen there in this foriegn country. Anyway i havent smoked weed in a LONG LONG time but since im going somewhere and it grows freely, i will indulge in it again becuase its there and free and its summer.
i have been searching stuff about cannabis facts pretty intensly the last couple of days. I dont completely know everything so i need someone to clarify some things for me. I've read that some cannabis (hemp) has such low THC levels that it will just give you light headedness or a head ache. But i also read this kind of hemp is specially made to have low thc levels. So im guessing that this weed that grows wildly will have enough to get me high. I will keep it a secret for myself (selfish) yes but hey i only intend for me and my friend to use it.
IM GOING TO TELL YOU WHAT IM GOING TO DO, PLEASE CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG.
anyway apon harvesting it i must look at the colour of the buds and check with a magnify glass to see if the little clear things on the leaves to check if they are are amber or cloudy or cloudy amber?
with a 30x magnify glass.
after i know its right i will leave it for 5 days or so and when its time harvest i cut the stem of the top where it stops producing buds.does cutting it off where it stops producing the bud kills the plant? Then i find a nice warm place (like an attic) and leave it there to dry and moniter it everyday or so and turn it so it evenly dries?
after the stem with buds on it is completely dried, i pick apart stems and leafs and what evers left are the smokable goods?
Sounds just right to me, Im writing this to clarify incase i will screw up or have something wrong.
thanks to anyone who is willing to help. Good bye.skii Reviewed by skii on . so your going to a "far away land" where cannabis sativa "grows freely" and you want advise on how to harvest these "free-growing plants"? hehe
Well yes it sounds like you got it right... only i would hang the buds in your attic by their stems.

what a sec......i read somewhere that hanging the thing upside down doesent really do much because the thc resign exscreets through the buds not the stem so its not intirely nessisary, but i would see how it would make it dry more effectively. Thank you.
