Smashed up vitamins? Whoa nellie. You need PLANT fertilizer not PEOPLE fertilizer.

Some vitamins are in fact good for plants but that's a really technical subject, and if you want to give vitamins, you're better off using superthrive which is made for plants, not peeps.
