Is it possible get med quality bud without a med card?
for exsample I could'nt walk into a cali club and buy some?

The answer is YES. The clubs buy from growers just like the dealers. Prices are not cheaper going to a club (they are often more expensive), but you know much more about what you're getting.

I've found the quality at clubs better than street overall, but not always. Buyer beware.
