What methods has everyone used to quit smoking cigs? im really seeing them catch up with me and i hate them, but i can never go an hour without craving one. any advice is appreaciated.

You can try the patches. Just dont smoke when you have one on. About 4-6 days after you quit smokeing you feel like you dont even need a cigg anymore. Just tell you'r self you don't need it. Have a friend or family member give you support.

Cold Turkey brah! only way, Guess what, the tobacco companies own the stuff to help you quit! lol ..the corruption. Cold turkey, seriously just know its the governments tool to keep you feeling like shit, unactive, and spending your money. Smoke weed, quit cigs...now.

I read a study about the most effective method of quitting smoking... can't remember where though. The top 5, in order, are:

1. Unlimited supply of hot sex, chocolate or other endorphine-releasing agents.
2. Chewing gum.
3. Replacement drug (like weed! ha ha!)
4. Nicotine patches, nicorettes, etc.
5. Will power.

Interesting to note the order, huh? will power comes in last!
