well, you wouldn't get AIDs because the heat from the joint combusting would destroy any viral structures im pretty sure.
And if anyone has ever seen the movie 'Saw', the kidnapper in the movie tries to get one of the guys to make the other guy smoke a cigarette with blood on it because it would have killed him.
So if you want to believe the movie, smoking blood will kill you....supposedly.

The blood would have killed him because the guy was poisoned, thus having poison in his bloodstream. Clever idea, but I doubt it would work.

dont know bout the effects but i would never try that sh*t, sounds too risky, might aswell put some bleach in a blunt, (jokin).. theres alot of legal sh*t that will get you high, but it aint worth the after effects or long term.
ok this might sound stupid but during harvesting if you feed your plants blood meal like bone or fish recycled partz, is this simular?
