What O'Reilley is saying is that the Bush administration should take advantage of the anger that U.S. citizens feel over the two deaths and start to use brutal tactics against the insurgents. Tactics that under normal circumstances Americans would not stand for but, given our anger, we might just be willing to accept this time around.
