What needs fixed?

1.5'-2' Plant staked up to about 1'(will be fixed)
6"diameter 1' deep pot with good soil(bit clayish) but has root stimulator
Never dry
Healthy
Gets fed
Gets light
All outdoors
Good area
Safe
Can't make the pot too much bigger
Also apples make good compost??
Been growing 3-5months all outdoors
Really starting to take off
