We walked out to the spot were we were supposed to pick it up from these other kids. They pulled up in an audi, and tinted windows (at night so we couldnt see inside). One huge kid came out of the car with a wooden bat, and gave us about an eighth of weed for a 100 dollars, I looked at him funny and said "this is it"? BAD IDEA. ALl of these other kids just piled out of the car and Rating: 5

Yah, it was all good after, and also I was high, and wasnt really paying any attention, including the guy with the bat had it behing his back, and he was leaning against the car so i didnt reallly know he had it. But the real stupid part was, my real actual dealer sent those kids over not knowing that they were gonna do that. I have a cool dealer that drives me around and shit, but this time he was sick and recommended these kids, which turned out to be complete douche bags.

You did the right thing pretty much given the situation. You should've ran, but they could've fucked you up if you weren't fast enough. Sounds like you got away pretty good, all they took is 200, and placed you 10 miles away from your house. You still got your life. People with bats could easily kill someone and not realize it.

Something very similar happened to me... It was really dry in town and we'd been getting drunk and looking for some bud for like the whole day, calling like 50 people and nothing. Then later we pulled up to a Mini Mart at like 3 in the morning, and these guys were smoking a bowl in the parking lot(mexicans) and said "Where's the bud at fellas?" and I was like "We're trying to find some!" and smelling the pot asked, "can we buy some from you?". They said yes and told us to follow em right down the street to their house, which we did. We got there, I gave the guy 50 bux and he walked inside and then came out with like 5 guys, they started beating on on through the window trying to get us out of the car and steal it too! I was pretty fucking pissed, and my tooth went through my lip.. :-( Why can't we all just smoke and be happy?

You definately have to be careful. Before I discovered Cannabis.com, I had tried finding some local sources. I headed down to Pleasent Grove and Oak Cliff in Dallas. It's the ghetto, but I'm from the ghetto, so it was (I thought) all good. So I hook up with this dude and we're talking and he tells me he can hook me up. So he's having me drive all over and finally we stop at some project building. He tells me where to park and he's going to go get dude. Well, 'dude' comes down with blade talking about, "What you got? What you want? Give your money and I'll bring it down". And I'm like, "Hold up, you bring it down, we go for a ride and handle business". I don't know if he was skeed on something, but he starts talking real crazy and waving the knife around. So I'm like, "OK, OK...let me get my money"...reach into the map pocket behind the passenger seat and out comes the Beretta.

Didn't get any weed that day...did get a new knife because the fucker dropped it when he took off. Sucker...it wasn't even chambered.

But yeah, you gotta be careful and always prepare for the worst. I never go into a new situation without some 'comfort' and an escape plan.
