you can transplant i had to transplant wen they were just a week old or so and then 3 or 4 weeks into it i transplanted again and they are just fine so you should be fine

Flowering? is this the state i am in? and also...i just bought 4 cfl's....2 75 watts and 2 100 watts...and i am going to start a box...about how far should the plants be from these lights...with wattage and all?
