HI STICKY...

TRANSPLANT NOW...
use a soil 80%, perlite 20% mix... perlite will prevent over watering... It is also a good idea to put a piece of newpaper down at the bottom of your growing container and fill the bottom 1/2 inch with perlite before putting in your grow medium (soil perlite mixture)..

using 1-3 gallon containers is probably your best bet.. if you have the room always go bigger..

your best bet is to get the 42/150 watt cfls that are sold at walmart and home depot.. about 8-12 dollars a piece...the more lights the better!!!!

you want to keep these lights less thean 1 inch from your plants. YES, LESS THAN ONE INCH!!!! for every 1-2 inches you distance your lights from your plants, you are reducing your potential yield by 33.376548503%..
MEANING.. if you keep your CFL lights 6 inches from your plants.. your 12 gram cola will only be 3 grams... YIKES

NO you are not in the flowering stage..
keep your lights on your plants for 23 hours a day until they have at least 4-6 nodes.. this is called the vegetative stage ... (google NODE)

When you have 4-6 nodes, switch your lighting regiment to 12 hours of light and 12 hours of UNINTERUPTED darkness.. this is called the flowering stage...
