UPDATE! Beach Police Investigate Hit And Run

Virginia Beach police are investigating a hit and run that happened Sunday morning on Shore Drive.

Investigators say a 22-year-old, Larry Paul Bryant Jr., was hit by a SUV just before 3:00 on Shore Drive near First Landing State Park. He was taken to Virginia Beach General where he is on life support.

Police say the victim was walking on the east bound shoulder of the road with a friend when he was hit by a vehicle going in the same direction. The driver did not stop.

The suspect vehicle is described as a dark colored 2005 or 2006 Nissan Pathfinder.
