RANT: HOMELESS PEOPLE + PEOPLE WHO HAVE SO MUHC MONEY THEY SPEND IT ON DUMB STUFF OK time for a famous rant: what the fuck is goin on in the world? i just whatch a documentary on tely about the new environmental officers who walk around london charging £50 on the spot fine for peole who drop there ciggerette ends....... ok i mean sorta fair enoutgh gotta keep britain clean and all thats not the prob.. the problem is she fined about 9 diffrent english born people on the spot £50 BANG GONE. then she caught 3 diffrent FORIEHGN PEOPLE doin exactly the same thing....
