yeah well i agree, if they said something like that, i would have fined there ass to the max. But in any other case, you gotta give the foreign people a break. As there laws my greatly differ from the country they are visiting. Ill tell you one thing though, if i got a parking ticket in a diff country, id prob just end up leaving with out even paying the fine.... What are they going to do?, call me back at the states?. "hey you forgot to pay you fine before you left!". " lol ok just mail the ticket to my house " haha
