what the fuck is goin on in the world? i just whatch a documentary on tely about the new environmental officers who walk around london charging £50 on the spot fine for peole who drop there ciggerette ends.......

ok i mean sorta fair enoutgh gotta keep britain clean and all thats not the prob.. the problem is she fined about 9 diffrent english born people on the spot £50 BANG GONE. then she caught 3 diffrent FORIEHGN PEOPLE doin exactly the same thing.... and let them all off witha fine because apparently "if they dont understand theres no point".....WTF!!!!!

if they are in our country let aloen the fact they should TRY to learn the lingo,

the officer said "would you drop cigg ends on the floor in your country?"

AND THEY REPLIED "NO NOT AT ALL , WE ARE A VERY CLEAN COUNTRY"

NOW WTF!! I WOULD HAVE FINED THEM £200 AND WANRED ERM ABOUT BEING ARSEHOLES!!!!

the other day i was goin to the tube platform to get the tubetrain to work and this bitch was CARRYING A FUCKGN CANOE!! yes a canoe in fucking rush hour..in the tube station.! bad enoutgh right? apparently not!

she then decided to turn around half way so her fuckign canoe is block the WHOLE ACCESS TOT HE UNDERGROUND PLATFORM. and as shes turning shes just repeating the words "MOVE! MOVE! MOVE!......... OH MY FUCKING GOD!!!! THIS CUNT COMES INTO MY COUNTRY GOES ON THE TUBE IN RUSH HOUR WITH A FUCKIGN CANOE GET IN EVERYONES WAY THEN HAS THE FUCKIGN CHEEK TO TURN AROUND WITHOUT SAYING EXCUSE ME LET ALONE SORRY AND TRIED BEING RUDE?!!?! yeah well i agree, if they said something like that, i would have fined there ass to the max. But in any other case, you gotta give the foreign people a break. As there laws my greatly differ from the country they are visiting.
