Does cloning during flowering make weak or hermie plants?
My understanding is a clone is a clone is a clone. It's not like a Xerox copy that gets worse each time. I have cloned clones of clones of clones of... well you get the picture. It is a little more stressful to clone during flower, but mainly because it takes so long to get roots. Stress does increase the likelyhood of hermies, but it's nothing to worry about. It's rare.
