Well considering I've never been pulled over in my 4 years of driving and only talked to a cop like once, no I didn't know that. I wouldn't confess to weed, but to speeding..it seemed like an obvious choice to agree that I am speeding and say sorry. Stupid me eh? The video was made for a reason, to show us our rights that we might not know...maybe you know everything almighty genious, but not everyone does.

Never stated I did. It was a reference to confessing about weed, not speeding. I wasn't trying to be an ass like you are implying.

great vid, watched the whole thing, GREAT to know...
I had no idea police actually played "Gotcha" games, kinda freaks me out... makes me dislike police even more... "I know you're just doing you jobs" yeah, but your job is to try and fuck me over using wordplay?? Lame.
thanks.

Right inferius. It sucks that they act as if we can't refuse a search. Pigs

and thcbongman sorry just havent smoked in a few days and kinda on edge lately. I just saw the part where he confessed to speeding and how that removed our 5th amendment rights before I posted. Assuming you were talking about the same thing is my bad

In all fairness to the cops, you were doing something illegal. Him using loopholes against you is like you using loopholes against him, right?

I'm not saying I agree, I'm just saying I understand.Mira el foto grande

Depending on your location, I would say more often than not, yes.

If they smell alcohol coming from the car, that is probably cause. Same with weed.
