They last forever and you dont realize your not eating. It may only work for me because the Munchies for me is that I really want a taste in my mouth, its not that im actually hungry. Or, smoke before dinner, that way you can have a reg. sized meal and it still just counts as dinner. If you have to eat something, eat healthy. It wont be so bad for you then.
