Identify if this is weed???

ill try to find some lady bugs..how often should i feed it miracle grow it says 7-14 weeks on the box????

I wouldnt recommend feeding it miracle gro at all, plants outside might be capable of growing and flowering on their own without extra feed but if you decide to give it miracle gro feed it until the plants seem rich and darkish green, dont feed until the leaves seem to get a little too light (which I dont expect to happen to a plant growing outside).
