Ok to grow a plant indoors is very easy you will need:
1-Light
Light there are many types of lights that you can get. If your gonna be growing in a small room your lights high in the blue spectrum will be good so they dont get tall but but thick with lots of foliage. Lights can be bought at any nursery and can be very expensive if your serious about growing some quality buds. Or you you can go ghetto style by buying a cool white at a hradware store they have good blue light and are very cheap the best part is you actually can grow a descent plant with these. Keep the light just a few inches above the plant the whole time its growing. Lights get hot though so its only with temperature permiting on how close the lights can get.
2- Soil
Of course you will need a pot to put the soil in one with drainage holes and make sure its clean. The bigger the pot the bigger your plant can grow 2-2 1/2 is good for indoors. You do not want to start off with shitty soil most soil these days is all wood chips and shit get some good soil with plenty of neutrients and good drainage to start off your plants right. For fertilizer i suggest 20-20-20 mix for beginners so you dont ahve to deal with how much potasium during what stage or anything like that. Dont use fert until its at least a month old. Don't use miracle grow even though they have 20-20-20.
3-Water
Water every few days, get in a routine so that it NEEDS water every few days dont just water it every few days with out knowing if it realy needs it. The first few layers of top soil will be dry when you need to water again. If you live in the city let your water sit out for 24 hours so it can get room temperature and so the chemicals will evaporate.

Thats the basics you need to learn alot more about those subects and more subjects i didnt even touch like harvesting and pruning. If you do what i just told you its very possible to grow a plant but if you want the best results for what you have you must read and learn. Being told how to do everything wont help much theres too much to tell i could talk for days and not even be halfway done. I learn more about bud every time i buy a book or hit up the net theres new information and because i am always willing to learn more my plants have become some of the best plants i have ever seen. Dont be like some people and grow just to get free bud make it hobby or a life style and growing will be that much more rewarding than just a free high. Sorry about the little speach not usually me i just get pissed off when people dont want to learn about it they just want it now. This a marijauna activists if you just want some weed to smoke talk to a hobo most will be able to help you out. Anyway finally for buds that dont smell i know ive heard of some strains that dont smell as much as others but i dont look into them i love the smell of growing reefer. Also you could buy an air ionizer which can help reduce the smell. Bubble gum doesnt smell like most marijuana but its smell is still a plant smell and very stong. If i forgot anything realy important please help this aspiring cannabis cultivator out.
