i have a gif that i want to have as my avatar. I tried to use photoshop and imageready, but it wouldnt save as GIF. Could someone help.

Dont think you will be able to re-size that down to av size and keep it working... I stand to be corrected... Why dont you hotlink it to your pfofile... Just a thought. . . .

I dont think you can re-size a animated gif, I mean I could in Macromedia but it wouldnt be the same quality and probably a bit slower.
