Well obviously he is gonna find out eventually you gave him fake shit. And with or with out you he is gonna try to smoke. So i think the best thing you can do is do it with him and try and teach him instead of some other random person that might lead him down the wrong path. Be honest with him about how you feel about him smoking at such a young age. good luck

Short story here. lol

I was snooping in my big brothers room and I came across 3 rolled joints. I had seen pictures in school, so I knew what it was. Well, being the snotty little sister I was , I went and told on him.
He didn't get in any trouble from the monster (he never did anyways he was like golden or something)
So anyways, his friends were over and my punishment for telling was I had to smoke a joint or be killed. Of course I smoked the joint.
They just sat there and laughed at me.
It couldn't have been 10 minutes later that the monster called me to take the dishes out of the dishwasher. I walked right to the kitchen, out the sliding glass doors and dove straight in to the pool.
The boys were laughing so hard they wre crying and the monster was confused on the verge of being pissed.

Well, that was the last time I smoked for a long time. lol

cant we see past age? tell him youll smoke WITH him, and smoke REAL weed. take him in the backyard, and blaze 2 joints with him, and say "Wheres my jager bitch!?" maybe punch him, causse hes your bro, and he needs that, and when he gives you the jager, tell him youll smoke with him later. imagine if you were in his position, hes trying to earn your respect dood. and give it to him, if he deserves it..i smoked and drank in 7th grade, and ill tell you, if a brother who would have traded me weed for my jager, i would have done it, and i would have been WAY better off. and so will he. because he is DEFINATLEY to young to be drinking HARD (notice i say hard, meaning 60+ proof only) alchohal. just smoke him out, and get one of the bottles, then smoke him out later, and try to get some more, maybe even trade him some weed if yah gots to, just try to make sure he is left with as little alchohal as possible. he probobly doesnt even like drinking yet, most likely a "sipper".. so i wouldent be to worried..trust me, you, being his brother/mentor. cna get him on the right track, and by the time he IS in 8th grade, he will be a pretty cool kid. with lots of little freinds you can sell to. heheheh.

When I was 12 I was smoking a cigg and out of the blue I saw starz... My older brother whaled me when I wasn't looking,said I should not be smoking... Although my brother is a good person today I can't get over it...

He was only 1 and a half years older than I and he smoked ciggs...

I don't know, I don't think kids should smoke anything, ya know? I mean, I know its an inevitability that kids are going to smoke weed, but if I can, I want to make sure my kids are at least 16 or 17 before they try it, if at all. I'd really want them to hold off until they're an adult.

You got the situation covered already, but I would have said "You really should wait until you're older because I don't think you're old enough to be able to understand fully what cannabis is and what it can do to you. Give yourself a couple more years to understand who YOU are better, as well. Then, if you still want to try it, I'll be right there with you and smoke some of my stuff with you."

NO. . . . You did'nt do the right thing in my opinion... My eldest son is only 13 years old, and i cringe at the thought of him even 'thinking about smokin ciggies at that age, never mind cannabis. . . . Instead of givin him herbs you should of sat him down and had a 'chat' about him been to young to start smoking anything. . . . And i know ya might say that maybe he would'nt of listen'd to ya, but damn it's better than giving him the stuff ya gave him, and way better than giving him actual cannabis. . . .

I voted yes, but that's meant for me. No bro, you did the right thing and you're an awesome brother. If you think your little dude is gonna grow up to be a crackhead bitch then I think you should do it with him, rather than let him find this shit out from the wrong people. That way you can teach him his limits and keep an eye on him too. Definitely start showing him the ropes now cause he sounds like a damn fast learner.
