Applications for mods

Sorry if i dont make sense or anything because im stoned i had to re-write this about 50 times lol.

Who think that on here there should be online-applications to become mod, or something high than a normal member but maybe lower than a mod like an assistant mod or something like that, because there are not that many mods and it must be hard work to look after the forums.

To become one you could maybe have to do certain things, such as...

-Be a member for over a certain amount of time (6months+, 1year+, not judging by post count because that doesnt mean anything where as time does because you could tell weather they have been a member for a long time or not)

-Regularly post, at least have to visit the forums once every day or two days.

-To have a clean record and have never been banned before etc....

I've modded other boards before and I still mod one right now.
I love doing it and I'd love to be a mod here one day too.

I believe I'm fair minded and I rarely ever ban. It really has be a big stinky before my ban finger burns.
Another reason I'd like it here is because it is such a large board/forum and always active.

I suppose I'd have to finally sign up as a cafe member huh? I keep meaning to do that. lol

i think mods performances should be reveiwed from time to time. quality over quanity, u know what i mean? some of them seem to make choices based on ego rather than whats really the right choice for everyone, not pointing fingers hheh but i know who they are

FYI, Libras make the best mods. natural leaders. the symbol for libra is the scales of justice after all haha thats why surreys princess is my favorite mod.

What tends to happen on most boards that give members some 'mod tools' is that some and i reiterate- some- people carry over their past arguements/ disagreements and then 'abuse' the mod tools they have. . . . I've had personal experiances or this happening... So if it's going to be done,, the people would have to be very carefully selected and for a time also monitored...
