...which is based on each state's popular vote. If a state comes out with a majority vote for the Democratic party, the electoral college assigns its vote for the Democrats. It's not some independent function that thinks on its own, it's just a way to rationalize what's called 'tyranny of the majority'.

Yup,I'll be one of the first in line,come Nov. 2...I'll be voting for Bush--but I'll be voting for Libertarian judges as well.

if i was a terrorist i would vote for bush actually...not saying that YOU are a terrorist, you have your own and personnal thinking...But being a terrorist i would vote for bush without a doubt!
