throwin me mixed messages!

ok, i dont usually go nuts everytime i notice something out of the ordinary, but this morning, my youngster has got nice, stiff, upward facing 2nd-node leaves (these leaves stiffened up so much after last nights watering, that they almost broke free of the LST.)
This morning they are still very stiff and trying to point upward.
The 3rd node leaves are a little droopy, kind of hanging downwards oppostie the one below them.
And the 4th node leaves look perfectly normal, still not fully grown yet tho.
What could this be?
I noticed that the pot took a much more water last night than it usually does.

Other than that, my grow is basic:
MG potting mix
6 in pot
1 42w CFL, 3 26w CFLs
good ventilation (temps constant ~80-84)
Publix Purified Bottled Water
I hope im not just being paranoid...

Sounds like your plants were thirsty.
The leaves reaching for the light is how it is supposed to be for most strains.Almost all.

i give it like 1 full glass and a half of lukewarm water every 1.5-2 days...
i take it out of the box and take it to the sink so i can flood it till water runs drips out the bottom.
