I'm going on a trip to puerto rico for 6 days, staying in san juan (its capital city) but going other locations as well. How might i go by asking strange puerto ricans if they have weed for sale? I'm thinking lots of the people have to (right next to cuba down down south). But what should i ask and how/ where to look? Help is much appreciated....
