yea i live in so cal too. but people in other states don't realize that so cal has the best bud. our quality is the best. our low quality would be considered BOMB weed to others. My dealers don't have low or average quality bud. So there low quality/regs are HIGH quality bud still. And there really good bud is unseen in other places. SO CAL bud quality is a few notches above other places!
