Bong or Bubbler..??

So, i have had a small bong, but just recently broke the stem/bowl. Sucks ass that this happened, but i decided that it's time for me to get a new smoking device. I have two pipes and they work fine, but i want something with a little more 'kick' to it. So, if you guys were to choose between a bong or a bubbler, which one would you choose? Can you give me specs on both? I'm not 100% sure what bubblers do or how they exactly work (i have never had one so i'm a noob at bubblers) So, if anyone can provide me with this information then that would be great. A bubbler is smaller than a bong and instead of a slide it has a carb. If you just chill in your room and smoke then a bong would be good. but if you need something a little for portable then get a bubbler.

Yeah, i can't smoke in my room cause my parents are all anti-drug and shit. Well, atleast against marijuana, cause my mom used to smoke her whole life and she still does. That's tobacco though. Does a bubbler use water? I've never seen one in person and have never tried one. How does it work exactly?

Yeah a bubbler works just like a bong but it has a carb and the bowl isn't seperate from the rest of the device like the slide is on the bong. Check out to picture of my buddy's bubbler.

Nice! That piece is def. some eye candy. I wish i had one. I'm actually looking into buying one. How much was that one? Also, how do you put the water in the bubbler? Thanks for all the help!:smokin:

A bubbler is just a pipe that uses water to filter the smoke. They're nice. You can find cheap ones for only $20 easily; they have small bubblers that will fit in your pocket just like a pipe would. And of course they have more extravagent ones that can cost well over $100. You can either put the water in your mouth and put it in through the mouth piece or just pour it in through the bowl.

Nice! I was reading on another thread about how you can pour the water through the carb too. I think i'm going to get a bubbler. Do bubblers do a better job than bongs? Or are bongs the way to go to get the freshest biggest hit? Either way, i think i'm gonna get a bubbler. Heard great things about them.
