Wtf is wrong with me
Sounds like you might have some sort of intestinal bug of some kind--and sure, it could have been caused by improperly cooked hamburger meat--or possibly the heavy drinking could also have caused some sort of problem. Even if you no longer get hangovers, heavy drinking could easily still have inflamed your liver or pancreas, and either of those things could cause diarrhea, too.
It'd probably be a good idea to go check in with a doc. Go ahead and tell him or her the truth about about what you've been drinking or eating. They're not there to judge you but to help. You don't want to let diarrhea go too long untreated because it can dehydrate you and mess with your electrolytes (mineral salts) balance.
In the meantime, stop drinking everything that contains alcohol and go on a clear liquid diet for a couple of days to see if that'll calm things down. Clear soups. Jell-O. Clear carbonated beverages. Gatorade is good. No fruit juices, though. If the clear liquids help, then gradually re-introduce gentle foods into your diet after the first two or three days. Plain noodles. Rice. Applesauce. Plain toast. Bananas. Maybe a little bit of scambled egg. That's a sort of standard dietary approach to diarrhea that you can't go wrong with.\"That best portion of a good man\'s life: his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.\"
